I had a small basal cell carcinoma removed by Dr Au and his very competent assistant Jovani. The entire process was smooth and very efficient. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Duncan is beyond amazing. Every single time we leave her office, I am in awe at the level of detail and care she gives to each patient. Our whole family goes to see her; myself, husband, and two kids. She sees things that aren't noticed by other dermatologists we had prior. She also is mindful about the costs of the products that she suggests, unlike other places. We've been getting countless compliments on our skin since seeing her. Love her all around! Today, we went in for my kids and my husband's face was flared up. She offered to help him as well, even though he wasn't scheduled today. More

Due to my working in the cornfields of Nebraska and playing college baseball/coaching high school baseball plus having a mom with red hair and freckles, I developed (in my non professional diagnosis!) skin cancer on both my nose and ear. Our school insurance and several colleagues recommended Advanced Dermatology in Sugar Land. Four visits later, including two MOHS surgeries, I can only sing their praises. Dr. Au is terrific as have been Jessica and Daisy. Today, I had a procedure on the top of my ear and I am not exaggerating in saying it was, after a pinch from the anesthesia prick, painless. Six hours later, I still have not taken any TYLENOL which is what they recommend. They are very careful in walking the patient through the after care which as someone who is awkward with bandages is so helpful. Special shoutout to Claudia at the front desk who got me in this morning and registered in one minute- she was so professional! I have already recommended this office to co-workers- just hope they have been more intelligent with sunblock than I was! More

I had a great experience meeting Kendra Salazar for the first time. She and her assistant Nicole were very friendly and thorough in addressing my issue. Right away Ms. Salazar told me what was happening and how we would start a regimen in fixing it. I like the idea of taking pictures to keep up with the progress. I did have a bit of a wait when I arrived in the office and now I understand why, Ms. Salazar’s great bedside manner. I am excited to see results and return to the office in several weeks.
