I have been going to Advanced Dermatology for the past several years for my dermatology appointments. Their scheduling process online and in-person is simple and stress fee. Although it appeared the Dr. Au was late (10-15 mins), once she was in there, you quickly understand why and you understand. Dr. Au takes the time to make you feel lik she cares about you, and takes time to explain what she is doing and any of her concerns. I will continue to go to Advanced Dermatology for my skin care needs. More

The person at the front desk, I don't remember his name, suggested a particular date / time. I mentioned I would be in Sugar Land that day. He made me aware they have a Sugar Land location and he was able to schedule me at that location. I thought that was excellent service and is consistent with how wonderful the entire staff is. More

I’ve been a patient of Advanced Dermatology since the first clinic opened in Sugar Land many years ago. Even though we have moved 3 hours away, I always come back for my annual skin check (To Pearland location now!)and appointments as needed. I love the professionalism of the staff, the way the office is so organized so you don’t have to wait forever and the way to docs and PAs take their time with me and treat me like family. They remember that my brother lost his battle with melanoma and always reassure me I’m doing the right thing by coming regularly. They also have great tips for cosmetic procedures but no pressure tactics. More

I called this morning and they were able to get me in for a same day appointment! I saw Daisy today and had a really great experience! She took her time and listened to all of my concerns and recent symptoms, reviewed my past testing that was relevant, and asked questions to get a full understanding. She was thoughtful in considering what could be causing my condition and how to help me find answers. She did a completely painless biopsy and knew that I’d need more numbing medicine due to my redhead genes. She ordered some labs to further investigate what is going on. I am grateful that I was able to see her! It’s not often that you find someone who really wants to help, especially with “invisible” (rheumatic) diseases. Thank you so much! More
