UPDATE:Ashley contacted me first thing this morning and agreed to refund me the $947. She apologized for all the rescheduling and that I was only offered $747 back on my initial phone call. She is making it right and I appreciate management stepping up this way to make it right with the consumer in this situation. Unfortunately since they are corporate now it will still take time for my refund but it ultimately isn’t her fought in that situation. All I wanted was what I was entitled to and Ashley was understanding on the phone and listened to my side considering the circumstances that have occurred within their company over the last couple months.What started out as a pleasant couple visits has turned into an unpleasant experience in the end.I purchased 3 Fraxel laser treatments as a package and spent $2842 which was a discount of about 15%. My first two treatments were great and spaced roughly 4 weeks apart. I had my 3rd and final treatment scheduled but I got a call the week of stating that the esthetician had quit so my 3rd treatment needed to be delayed a few weeks so that they could bring back a former employee and get her schedule up and running. Sure no worries. I was disappointed because I wanted to finally finish my treatments but I understand things happen. Well I finally had my appoint scheduled for tomorrow and get a call yesterday stating that the machine is actually in the process of being serviced so unfortunately they didn’t believe it would be back in time but would call me today to let me know. I get a call from Julie and she lets me know that again my treatment will need to be delayed roughly another 2 weeks. At this point I want to move on to another company because two strikes and you’re out. I’m having to take off work and plan for these visitors and now I’m frustrated because by the time I get my 3rd treatment it will have been about 2 months since my last one. I do not want to wait any longer and don’t trust the company to provide my service for me anymore . I ask Julie about a refund so I can find services elsewhere . She tells me she will get with Ashley , The pearland location practice administrator. I get a call back and now I’m told they will give me a refund but it will take 6-8 weeks (which is outrageous) and it will be at a reduced rate of $700 and something instead of taking the $2842 dividing this into 3 and returning $947 to me. Julie explains that since I purchased the treatments as a package they are trying to recoup the discount they gave me for the first couple treatments which is $200. So now I’m getting money back in 6-8 weeks but not even what I should be entitled to . Instead they are punishing me for wanting my money back for services they have failed to provide in a proper time frame that I should have been able to get. Their staffing issue AND the equipment not being kept up with service is not the patients fault. The fault lies with the company at this point and now they are stealing money out of my pocket because I want to seek treatment elsewhere in a quicker timeframe than they can provide at this point. I’m waiting on a call back from Ashley (upper management) to further discuss getting the full $947 back to me although it’s going to apparently take 6-8 weeks because they got bought out by a larger company.I spent almost $3k and shouldn’t be punished for their inability to provide me my services at this time. The refusal to give me back what I’m owed and instead they want to pocket the discount they gave me is disgraceful. More

Hannah is the absolute best Aesthetician I’ve ever had. She is very comforting, knowledgeable, and a complete sweet heart. Saw immediate reduction after just my first session of laser hair removal. Highly recommend coming here for any of your cosmetic needs. I will definitely be returning. More

Mary is amazing! My skin elasticity, appearance and texture has improved tremendously since I started seeing her for IPLs. I had hyper pigmentation and sun spots all over my mid face and after three sessions, I’ve noticed a huge difference. She targets problem areas but is gentle in her application so I’m never uncomfortable with the laser. I’m a very grateful and happy customer. More

I came in today for a consultation with Dr. Duncan for spider veins on my nose. She examined me and gave me multiple options for treatment, explained each option and results expected. Very professional approach, took her time, answered my questions and I’ve scheduled my treatment. I give this office a 10/10! More

I struggled with acne post-partum. After evaluations from 2 other dermatologist at other facilities I finally got the treatment that was effective. Kendra McCarty was fantastic. She not only listened to my concerns but provided multiple treatment options for me to evaluate. She was the first one to explain to me the battle of "hormonal acne" and how to quickly treat. Needless to say, I am acne free and SO thankful to have been under her care and direction. I highly recommend Kendra and the office is very clean, quick with appointment times, and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. More

Edited 5/10/22: Saw Sharon for the first time as Amber is working out of the Sugarland office now. Sharon is so sweet, generous, loving, caring, and makes you feel very comfortable! She did my 3rd IPL, and Dermaplaning, and even followed up with the next day to see how I was doing! So sweet and really cares! Highly recommend! Advanced Dermatology is like no other medical office I have ever visited!! The minute you walk into the League City office, you are warmly greeted and promptly checked in for your appointment! The ladies behind the desk are truly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! It is a beautifully kept office as well! I have been seen by Dr. Pezzi, and she was thorough and answered any questions. The esthetician, Sharon, did an IPL treatment for my redness and hyperpigmentation, and she was absolutely wonderful! She took great care with the procedure, asking how I was feeling, giving me feedback on what she was seeing, just really taking her time and care with my procedure. She answered question about the IPL she was administering and gave me other suggestions for future care for my particular issues! Her manner and knowledge really impressed me! Overall, my experience was great! The front desk staff was kind and friendly. My doctor was also wonderful. He explained things and took his time walking me through each step. The only reason I gave my visit 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the nurse that was working with my doctor. She was cold and non conversational. In moments before a big procedure, it’s important to ensure the patient is comfortable and that you care about them. Yesterday, it felt as though she wanted to be anywhere but that room with me. I made multiple attempts to get her talking, but nothing. She single handedly made me nervous. Not a great experience with her. But other than that, I was very impressed with my visit. More

She said I would see a difference after the first one, and she was right! Krystal performed the treatment. She explained the entire procedure and kept me comfortable the whole time. When it was over, Krystal gave me a mirror, and I could already see a huge difference. If you have rosacea, this is the place to go! Everyone was super nice and courteous. The office is beautiful and clean. Krystal and Avery are amazing! Go see them! More

I went for a chemical peel. Discussed with person the options. Couldn’t afford the laser procedure, so stuck with peel. I got the medium version. I’m disappointed with the results. My skin peeled, I guess, but it was just like when I have dry skin, very little came off, and I don’t think all my face peeled, even though when I called, they say I just couldn’t see the peel. It wasn’t worth the money I paid for it. I was hoping for something that would make a difference and this really didn’t. The brochure says best after 3-6 peels. At $200 a pop, when it’s cheaper elsewhere, I’ll search elsewhere. More

I am a self-appointed skincare fanatic so I am very particular about who I let touch my skin! Siti, my aesthetician, is one person that I will trust blindly with my skin -- she has helped lighten my post-inflammatory hyper-pigmentation (dark spots from acne) and sun damage with SkinPen and IPL treatments. She knows how sensitive my skin is and is always recommends treatments for me that will be gentle and look natural while still seeing results. I also see Dr. Moore for my acne treatment and Botox -- she has the best bedside manner. Very calming for someone who is scared of needles and again, her results are subtle and natural without looking overdone. I get so many compliments on my skin thanks to Advanced Dermatology! More

I practically live at Advanced Dermatology Katy Location. I have been going there since 2005. The staff is incredible professional, friendly and welcoming. I do go there for your regular skin problems but I go there mostly for cosmetic procedures. I ONLY see Dr. Kelly Duncun she is FABULOUS!!! She is an artist! I am very picky on the type of results I'm looking for and she NEVER fails me. I LOVE HER! She is professional, and at the sametime she makes me feel like I'm one of her girlfriends. I would never see any other doctor there. She takes her time and takes to me about what she thinks and what I want and the practicality of my results. She is very honest about what I should expect and I can always count on her and her office to carry the best products and the best equipment. I trust her completely. I also see Marybeth Strayer for my chemical peels and sometime IPL treatments. She has become not only my favorite esthetican but my favorite reason for going there. I can't wait to see her every six weeks. She is like a sister to me. I LOVE HER TOO!! She is very professional, always takes me on time and more important than that is the quality of her work is incredible. She takes her time and gives me 100% of her focus when I'm in her chair. She takes wonderful care of me. Again I wouldnt see any other esthetican. I havent had any bad service, treatments or results in all the years I have been going there. I also would like to compliment the staff. Ellie is a blast to talk to, she always takes the time to ask me how I am and how my day was. She goes above and beyond trying to schedule my appointments for me. She knows how much of a pain I am..lolOverall this is a wonderful place and if they would offer plastic surgery there I would do it! I trust them with my life.
