Fantastic dermatological service in all facets of skin care. Daisy Tran looked for possible traces of cancer . The lab analysis proved Daisy suspicions was accurate. The cancer was removed with surgical precision and finesse of Dr. Jeremiah Au. His skills are the best I have ever seen in my life. I have had surgical care many times, and his suturing is magical in that my scaring was reduced to a minimum. He is exceptional! During the healing process, whenever I got worried, Dr. Au was there for me - always! He was assisted by Tamia Yancy who administered the pain killer and bandaging with great skill. I applaud and thank Advanced Dermatology and their huge organization from reception to removal of skin cancer. More

UPDATE:Ashley contacted me first thing this morning and agreed to refund me the $947. She apologized for all the rescheduling and that I was only offered $747 back on my initial phone call. She is making it right and I appreciate management stepping up this way to make it right with the consumer in this situation. Unfortunately since they are corporate now it will still take time for my refund but it ultimately isn’t her fought in that situation. All I wanted was what I was entitled to and Ashley was understanding on the phone and listened to my side considering the circumstances that have occurred within their company over the last couple months.What started out as a pleasant couple visits has turned into an unpleasant experience in the end.I purchased 3 Fraxel laser treatments as a package and spent $2842 which was a discount of about 15%. My first two treatments were great and spaced roughly 4 weeks apart. I had my 3rd and final treatment scheduled but I got a call the week of stating that the esthetician had quit so my 3rd treatment needed to be delayed a few weeks so that they could bring back a former employee and get her schedule up and running. Sure no worries. I was disappointed because I wanted to finally finish my treatments but I understand things happen. Well I finally had my appoint scheduled for tomorrow and get a call yesterday stating that the machine is actually in the process of being serviced so unfortunately they didn’t believe it would be back in time but would call me today to let me know. I get a call from Julie and she lets me know that again my treatment will need to be delayed roughly another 2 weeks. At this point I want to move on to another company because two strikes and you’re out. I’m having to take off work and plan for these visitors and now I’m frustrated because by the time I get my 3rd treatment it will have been about 2 months since my last one. I do not want to wait any longer and don’t trust the company to provide my service for me anymore . I ask Julie about a refund so I can find services elsewhere . She tells me she will get with Ashley , The pearland location practice administrator. I get a call back and now I’m told they will give me a refund but it will take 6-8 weeks (which is outrageous) and it will be at a reduced rate of $700 and something instead of taking the $2842 dividing this into 3 and returning $947 to me. Julie explains that since I purchased the treatments as a package they are trying to recoup the discount they gave me for the first couple treatments which is $200. So now I’m getting money back in 6-8 weeks but not even what I should be entitled to . Instead they are punishing me for wanting my money back for services they have failed to provide in a proper time frame that I should have been able to get. Their staffing issue AND the equipment not being kept up with service is not the patients fault. The fault lies with the company at this point and now they are stealing money out of my pocket because I want to seek treatment elsewhere in a quicker timeframe than they can provide at this point. I’m waiting on a call back from Ashley (upper management) to further discuss getting the full $947 back to me although it’s going to apparently take 6-8 weeks because they got bought out by a larger company.I spent almost $3k and shouldn’t be punished for their inability to provide me my services at this time. The refusal to give me back what I’m owed and instead they want to pocket the discount they gave me is disgraceful. More

Been seeing Dr. DiSpaltro for close to 10 years. I credit him for finding my melanoma back then and referring me to a terrific surgical oncologist, Dr. M. Beg. Dr. D. Has always giving me a thorough exam each time I go for my six month body scans. He and his staff are professional and courteous. The reason for the three stars is for the conditions in the exam room. It’s all about perception!!! Floors are old and appear dirty with traffic pattern stains. The walls are stained with streaks and the boarder along the walls match the stained buildup of the floors. The ceiling tiles are dirty and the vents are covered in dust and mold. I think the owners should take a look and react!!! Perception Perception Perception!! This was my last review. Last seen appointment was on 9/9/21. Same conditions exist and my review fell on deaf ears. It must be tough for great doctors and medical assistants to work in unhealthy conditions. PERCEPTION You would never see these conditions in practices that fall under a medical group halo such as Northwell, NY Langone or Catholic Health. Big business needs to step up!! More

In particular, I have seen Dr. Ingraham and Dr. Duncan. They are amazing doctors who are knowledgeable, professional and personable. We have had appointments for both skin-related problems and cosmetic issues. I am happy to say that I regularly receive compliments on my skin because of the regime that Dr. Ingraham recommended. I couldn't be more pleased. My teenage daughter has also had her acne problems resolved and her skin looks wonderful. I went to Dr. Ingraham for a Cyst that I had developed and it was getting larger. I had never had one before and it was so sore. Dr. Ingraham was so sweet and very knowledgable. She took one look at it and gave a cream to desolve one of them. But this other one needs to be drained, she said; and before you know it- they were deadened me and before you know it she and her trainee, had drained it and I was so happy. The staff is so sweet and helpful. And the waiting after sign it, well.. let's just say I got about 5 minutes of TV time in and my name was being called. Dr. Ingraham is always smiling and answered every question that I had, even took the time to ask what I was doing for Thanksgiving if we cook every year, etc. What Dr. cares enough to have a personal conversation with you like that ( hehe She does) ! I was telling her about a problem with my son's foot, she said try your cream on it and funny it worked. She didn't try to push me to bring him in or pay more money. I went in for my follow up visit a week later and she checked every spot, everything and said you are good to go, but if you have any problems, I want a call immediately to let me know. I Love them so far so good. I go to the Katy Office and will continue going there as long as I am getting treatment like this. My husband and in laws go to the Sugarland location and they praise that office so much, and now I am praising the Katy office. Well... they have to be doing something right, for both offices to have such great service. I know that the girls/staff at the Katy location are awesome and always laughing and smiling and are so sweet to everyone that comes in. The only thing I noticed that one of her nurses isn't as personable as Dr. Ingraham, doesn't really smile, kind of direct and stern, not as gentle as the dr. but still very knowledgable. Dr. Ingraham is great in her field, if you actually look her up and read what she is experienced in, you would be greatly surprised, she has experience even in tropical diseases. If you are looking for a great Dr. with lots of educated information on the skin it would be her. She is incredible. I was referred to Dr. Sherry Ingraham by two friends, both who had cosmetic work done by her as well as one who had issues with melasma (brown spots). Dr. Ingraham not only has the touch of an Artist when it comes to Botox (forehead/eyes) injections, but her filler technique (restylane/perlane) is outstanding.
