I've been a patient with Advanced Dermatology for years, but recently had a bad experience with a practitioner I haven't seen before. Virginia Marx treated a rash with hydrocortisone; the medicine made it much worse. I followed up by phone and never received a return call or message so I turned to my family provider. She made the correct diagnosis of Shingles. Steroids are the worst thing for shingles. I followed up by phone again and was told there were no notes in my file. More

Got me in quickly, Alex and med asst were wonderful, thoroughly explained my options and helped ease my discomfort from shingles. Would definitely recommend. More

Dr. Duncan is amazing. I got shingles shortly after having my 2nd Covid vaccine shot. She was the only one who figured out how to help me, and I didn't even go to her about Shingles. She leaves no stone unturned to help. Her staff is also very friendly, helpful and on top of things. I wish all my doctors were as amazing as she is. Thank you for caring Dr. Duncan. More
