Great doctors, but the third-party partners they use are horrendous. My appointment was with Kendra Salazar and it was lovely. I received great, holistic recommendations. The professional staff there was great too. On the other hand, The Webster pharmacy folks they use are terrible and made me second guess my reasoning for using them. It really soured the entire experience for me. They (Advanced Derm) should cut ties with them or ensure accountability. More

Ms. Salazar is everything one wants in a caregiver. She's empathetic and she is aware of the current environment in my particular area of concern. HOWEVER, until you train your support staff to address patients by their last names, you will never get 5 stars from me. If Ms. Salazar can read my chart and address me by my last name, so can they. It is simply a matter of respect. Every patient should be addressed as such, unless they are minors or until a patient says otherwise. Why risk offending someone? Just call them by their surname until told otherwise. Many young folks don't know or understand the history. I want to make it clear that Kendra Salazar is the 5 star here. The practice needs to work on its processes and work flow. Stagger lunches, direct patients to where they need to be. The folks are nice they just need better training. More

I have been coming here for quite some time now. I love Dr. Kendra Salazar. She is friendly and cares about her patients. I don't blame Dr. Salazar for any of this whatsoever, but for my prescription, I have to do a test in order to receive it. I did the test and waited a few days for my prescription to be mailed to me, but nothing came. So, I called the dermatologist office, and they said I never took the test to get my prescription. I explained that I had and they sent the prescription days afterwards. I was without my medication for maybe a week and I was slightly triggered, but it ended up working out. I think my issues are more with the LabCorp DOWNSTAIRS from the dermatologist. I get my bloodwork done there and sometimes the dermatologist still doesn't receive my bloodwork. I get it done in the correct timespan and everything, but somehow my bloodwork is not in the system. And one employee in the lab was very rude to me. She seemed like she didn't want to be there at all and was trying to rush through each patient. She didn't even let me explain/try to understand my situation. Every other employee was nice, however, especially the man who usually is at the front desk. More
