I had an excellent experience at Advanced Dermatology, Sugar Land location with Shayla Arceneaux and her medical assistant, Cemeatris Calbert. Both were extremely attentive, patient, thorough, and genuinely took the time to listen to my concerns. They made me feel very comfortable asking questions about my scalp and skin concerns, particularly the problematic areas under my arms.What stood out most was that I never felt rushed or dismissed. They carefully addressed my questions, explained my options, and came up with solutions and a treatment plan to help resolve the concerns I came in with. As a patient, you don’t always leave a medical appointment feeling truly heard, understood, and cared for, so I am extremely grateful for the time, attention, and compassion they showed me.This was a very positive and effective dermatology appointment.
