Gwendolyn Blount is the Call Center Manager for Advanced Dermatology. She came to us with over 20 years of call center experience having previously worked at a major telecommunications company. Providing excellent patient service is her passion. She is very professional and highly skilled at managing and coaching call center representatives. Gwendolyn challenges her team to provide excellent patient experience on every call because the call center representatives are the first point of contact for Advanced Dermatology. Her expectation is for them to make a great first impression. In her spare time, Gwendolyn enjoys spending time with her family & dogs, doing yoga and traveling.
