Meet Gwendolyn

Gwendolyn Blount is the Call Center Manager for Advanced Dermatology. She has over 20 years of call center experience with a major telecommunications company. Providing excellent patient service is her passion. Gwendolyn challenges her team to provide excellent patient experience on every call because the call center representatives are the first point of contact for Advanced Dermatology. Her expectation is for them to make a great first impression.

Gwendolyn completed a Patient Experience Leadership class and is a graduate of The Beryl Institute. She also took a 9 month Chamber of Commerce Leadership training and earned her Leadership Certificate.
