Meet Aaron
Aaron McAllister, SHRM-CP is the manager for the Human Resources department at Advanced Dermatology. Aaron’s passion for the Human Resources profession sprang from lifelong experiences of caring for and supporting others. His career in healthcare has encompassed both the inpatient hospital setting where he supported more than 200 employees and ambulatory care setting where he supports employees in multiple locations. Aaron earned his board certification as a Human Resource Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management.
Aaron completed a Patient Experience Leadership class and is a graduate of The Beryl Institute. He also took a 9 month Chamber of Commerce Leadership training and earned his Leadership Certificate.
